Driver requirements for Arrivo Rides onboarding.
Arrivo Rides connects licensed professional drivers with partner providers operating at global scale. This year, our recruitment focus is on TfL licensed drivers with licensed vehicles for airport transfers, with Heathrow Airport as the main priority.
Arrivo Rides is a trademark of Black Fleet London Ltd and operates under Black Fleet London Ltd’s licence. Registration does not guarantee work or partner activation.
This year we are onboarding TfL licensed drivers for airport transfer work.
Arrivo Rides is focused on drivers who already operate professionally and can meet the standards expected by partner providers and final passengers. The immediate focus is London, TfL licensing, licensed vehicles and Heathrow airport transfer readiness.
TfL licensed driver
You must hold a valid Transport for London Private Hire Driver licence and driver badge. Your identity and licence details must match your onboarding application.
Licensed PHV vehicle
Your vehicle must be licensed for private hire work, insured correctly and suitable for airport passengers, luggage, professional presentation and partner-provider requirements.
Airport transfer focus
We are prioritising drivers who can cover Heathrow airport transfers, understand terminal pickup discipline and deliver a calm, premium passenger experience.
Arrivo Rides connects approved drivers to opportunity.
Approved drivers may receive access to different Arrivo Rides worldwide partner providers. These partner providers operate at scale and may generate high volumes of transport requests across multiple markets.

These documents help Arrivo Rides review your driver identity, TfL status, operational details and suitability for partner-provider onboarding.

Heathrow-ready drivers are our main focus.
The main recruitment priority for this phase is drivers who can deliver reliable airport transfers around Heathrow Airport, with professional Meet & Greet behaviour and high attention to passenger experience.
The Arrivo Rides focus is always around the client.
Whether the client is a partner provider or the final passenger served by the driver, Arrivo Rides expects drivers to protect the client experience through punctuality, communication, vehicle presentation and professional conduct.
How to become eligible for partner-provider access.
The onboarding process is structured so drivers can submit details, receive review updates and progress towards training or partner-provider activation where suitable.
Create your driver account
Start by creating an Arrivo Rides driver account. This gives you access to the driver dashboard and onboarding form.
Submit driver and vehicle information
Complete the onboarding form with your personal details, bank details, driver documents, vehicle documents, vehicle photos and Heathrow availability.
Arrivo Rides reviews your profile
The operator/admin team checks document quality, licence details, vehicle suitability, insurance, photos and readiness for partner-provider standards.
Training and partner onboarding
If your profile is approved, training material may open and your profile can progress towards relevant partner-provider onboarding opportunities.
Please apply only if you can meet these expectations.
Arrivo Rides is building a high-standard driver network. The platform is not suitable for drivers who cannot maintain compliance, punctuality, clean presentation and professional client service.
