Register your driver and vehicle profile for Heathrow airport transfer work.
Arrivo Rides is onboarding TfL licensed PHV drivers with suitable vehicles for structured airport transfer opportunities, including Heathrow Meet & Greet pickups, London hotel transfers, private address journeys and port transfers.
Drivers must hold a valid TfL PHV driver licence. Vehicles must be TfL PHV licensed, insured for hire and reward work, clean, presentable and suitable for passenger and luggage requirements. Creating an account or submitting documents does not guarantee work.
Create an account first, then upload documents through your driver area.
Create your driver account
Register with your name, email, phone number and password before document upload.
Upload driver and vehicle documents
Use your driver area to submit licences, insurance, photos and vehicle capacity.
Approval unlocks training
Operator/admin review is required before the training page becomes available.
This page is for licensed PHV drivers with a suitable licensed vehicle.
Arrivo Rides is focused on drivers who can support professional airport transfers, not casual taxi-style work. Heathrow pickups require reliable timing, correct communication, clean vehicle presentation and proper Meet & Greet standards.
We are looking for practical Heathrow coverage and professional passenger handling.
Your application should show that both you and your vehicle are suitable for real airport transfer operations. The details below help us review your profile correctly.
Heathrow based or nearby
Best suited to drivers who can realistically cover Heathrow terminals, West London, Central London, hotels, private addresses and onward transfer routes.
Meet & Greet ready
Drivers must be comfortable meeting passengers inside the terminal, identifying the client, assisting with luggage and guiding them calmly to the vehicle.
App workflow ready
Drivers must be comfortable using mobile apps for job details, pickup instructions, status updates, communication and operational reporting.
Choose the category that matches your real vehicle capacity.
Vehicle approval is based on TfL PHV status, condition, insurance, photos, passenger seating, luggage space and suitability for airport transfer work.
Standard Transfer Vehicle
For everyday Heathrow transfers, solo passengers, couples, small families, hotel transfers and private address journeys.
Comfort Transfer Vehicle
For passengers requiring improved comfort, better rear passenger space and a higher vehicle standard for longer airport journeys.
Extra Pax & Luggage Vehicle
For families, groups, cruise passengers, buggies and luggage-heavy airport arrivals or port transfers.
Drivers must declare true passenger capacity and realistic luggage capacity. Luggage space depends on the exact make, model, seating layout, wheelbase and whether all passenger seats are in use.
Prepare these before submitting your application.
Clear and accurate documents help us review your driver and vehicle profile faster. Bank details are used for payment setup and must not be sent by email.

Create Driver Account page
Link this button to the page where drivers create their Arrivo Rides account using Ultimate Member. This account should collect only the login basics first: full name, email, phone number and password.
Create Driver Account Already Registered? Driver LoginAfter login, the driver should go to the Driver Dashboard to upload documents. Bank details and sensitive documents must stay inside the secure admin entry and must not be sent through email notifications.
Drivers move through controlled access stages.
This keeps the onboarding process clean: account creation first, secure document upload second, admin approval third, training access fourth.

After training confirmation and final approval, the driver may become eligible for transfer opportunities.
Application approval is not automatic.
Arrivo Rides may request more information, reject an application, pause onboarding or suspend a driver profile where documents, vehicle condition, passenger capacity, communication standards or operational requirements are not met.
Create your Arrivo Rides driver account first.
Start by creating your secure driver account. After login, upload your driver documents, vehicle documents, vehicle photos and capacity details from the Driver Dashboard.
Creating an account or submitting documents does not guarantee work. Drivers must pass document checks, compliance review and training before activation. Work opportunities are subject to approval, demand, availability, vehicle category and operational requirements.
